Q: How long does shipping take?

A: USPS First Class: 3 business days, USPS Priority Mail: 2 business days, & USPS 1 Day Express. Orders may be delayed due to covid. 

 Q: Will my order ship right away?
A: Not unless your purchase “Rush Processing”, all orders take 2-4 days processing time. 

Q: Can I place a custom order?
A: Yes! Custom orders can be placed here; 

Q: Are all Press Onz hand made? 
A: Yes! Each set is hand made to perfection! 

Q: Are your Press Onz made of acrylic?
A: No, our Press Onz are made of durable soft and hard gel. 

Q: How long do Press Onz last? 
A: With proper application/care they last 1-3 days with glue tabs, or up to 2 weeks with Luxe Nailzz nail glue.

Q: I did not measure my nails, but ordered a set. Can I get a different size?

A: For sanitation reasons, all sales are final. Be sure to follow the size chart & measuring instructions.

 Q: I put in the wrong address information. Can Luxe Nailzz update my address?

A: Once orders are fulfilled Luxe Nailzz can NOT modify any shipping/ address information. In the event that your order gets sent back to Luxe Nailzz, a customer can be charged again for shipping & have the order re-sent with updated address information. If the order gets lost then matters can be handled by emailing customer service (Info@LuxeNailzz.com). 

Q: Does Luxe Nailzz ship internationally? 
A: Only U.S. shipping is available at the moment via USPS.
